Pick a team outing everyone will show up for
The best team outing isn’t the one the loudest person suggested; it’s the one the most people are excited about. Rankd lets the whole team rank the ideas privately, so introverts and new hires count as much as everyone else, and you book the activity with the broadest support.
- Bowling
- Escape room
- Cooking class
- Mini golf
- Karaoke
Free. Edit the options, then send one link to your group.
Why ranking beats a regular poll here
- Private rankings surface what people actually want, not what they say in a meeting.
- A ranked order gives you a backup if the first choice is booked.
- One link works across remote and in-office teammates.
How it works
- Add the question and 3 to 12 options
- Send one private link to the group
- Everyone ranks privately, in about a minute
- You reveal the winner
Tips
- Add rough cost or time in the option name if it matters (“Cooking class ($$)”).
- Set a reveal time before the booking deadline.
Questions
Can remote teammates join?
Yes. Everyone ranks from the same link in their browser, wherever they are.
Can people see how I ranked?
No. Each person’s order stays private. Everyone sees the group’s final order and where they personally landed, never anyone else’s individual ranking.
Is it free? Does everyone need the app?
Rankd is free and runs in the browser, so there is nothing to download. Friends open the link from any group chat (iMessage, WhatsApp, Slack, email) and rank in about a minute.
